Renegade Pipe Pads were developed with the input of polishing professionals looking for a gentler polish appropriate for chrome plating and stainless steel while also offering a more convenient user experience for our everyday customers.

Care must be taken when polishing chromed surfaces, as the chromium plating is relatively fragile and can be prone to chipping and delamination. Furthermore, the stripping and re-plating process can be expensive, so it’s best to properly care for your chrome-plated surfaces.

These pads are also great for use on steel because of their ability to refine the scratches and imperfections on steel without requiring a more aggressive full-polish to address the hardness of the metal.
